Jacob's Well

Jacob's Well one of the longest underwater caves in Texas. It is one of the most interesting places in the Texas Hill Country. It is a really significant natural geologic treasure. The water in Jacob’s Well is so transparent that it seams like you are jumping to empty space.  Jacob’s Well is a rich habitat for aquatic species.

But at the same time Jacob’s Well is a very dangerous place.  Its diameter is 4 meters, the depth is about 10 meters. It ends with many endless branch caves that people have never been to. Up to this day 8 divers were lost in those caves during the investigation.

Story of Mother's Sacrifice during the Japan Earthquake.

Story of Mother's Sacrifice during the Japan Earthquake.

After the Earthquake had subsided, when the rescuers reached the ruins of a young woman's house, they saw her dead body through the cracks. But her pose was somehow strange that she knelt on her knees like a person was worshipping; her body was leaning forward, and her two hands were supporting by an object. The collapsed house had crashed her back and her head.

With so many difficulties, the leader of the rescuer team put his hand through a narrow gap on the wall to reach the woman's body. He was hoping that this woman could be still alive. However, the cold and stiff body told him that she had passed away for sure.

He and the rest of the team left this house and were going to search the next collapsed building. For some reasons, the team leader was driven by a compelling force to go back to the ruin house of the dead woman. Again, he knelt down and used his had through the narrow cracks to search the little space under the dead body. Suddenly, he screamed with excitement, "A child! There is a child!"

The whole team worked together; carefully they removed the piles of ruined objects around the dead woman. There was a 3 months old little boy wrapped in a flowery blanket under his mother's dead body. Obviously, the woman had made an ultimate sacrifice for saving her son. When her house was falling, she used her body to make a cover to protect her son. The little boy was still sleeping peacefully when the team leader picked him up.

The medical doctor came quickly to exam the little boy. After he opened the blanket, he saw a cell phone inside the blanket. There was a text message on the screen. It said, "If you can survive, you must remember that I love you." This cell phone was passing around from one hand to another. Every body that read the message wept. "If you can survive, you must remember that I love you." Such is the mother's love for her child!

Emotions Are a Physical Experience

Emotions are a physical experience.

A study found that different emotions affect the body in different ways yet these effects are the same across cultures. Here, yellow shows the regions of increased sensation while blue areas represent decreased feelings.

People feel happy from head to toe, anger can literally make someone feel hot-headed and depression leaves people feeling numb. Sadness leaves the limbs feeling weak and disgust is primarily felt in the throat and digestive system.

Being in love makes a person feel a warm glow everywhere apart from their knees, perhaps hinting that there may be something in the popular saying that the object of a person's affection makes them 'weak at the knees'.

Twin Sisters Are Born And Are Completely Different Races

Twin Sisters Are Born And Are Completely Different Races:

21 year old Kylie Hodgson of Nottingham, England, is half-black, half-white. So her partner, 19-year-old Remi Horder. Back in 2006, they conceived twins. And when the twin girls were born, one was black and one was white.Remee is blonde and white; Kian is black.

Since both Kylie and Remi are mixed race, when the two eggs were conceived, the one that became Remee inherited all of the white genes from the family, and Kian inherited all of the black genes. The odds of this happening are at least a million to one.

Hilarious Home Improvement Fails

When taking on home improvement projects, many people are intimidated. It’s hard to know how just everything inside of a house works.Unfortunately, 10 poor souls attempted projects that weren't so much home improvements as they were home wreckers.

I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. This is going to brighten your day.

Amazing Goats

This somewhat ordinary dam in a National Park in Northern Italy is hiding something. Can you see what it is?

How about now? No? Then keep scrolling down.

 WAIT WHAT! ARE THOSE GOATS!?

They are indeed goats, death-defying goats that simply don’t give a dam.

Why hi there little buddy.

This amazing herd of alpine ibexes live near a dam in the Gran Paradiso National Park in Northern Italy and have recently started climbing the brick dam much to the amazement of locals. Park officials quickly figured out that they were in fact grazing, licking the old stones for their salts and minerals.Guess that beats my theory that one of them just saw a spider down below.

In this post we look at some of the characteristics between successful and unsuccessful people. These distinctions help us cultivate behaviours that promote happiness, success, gratitude, motivation, achievement and overall positivity! Let’s get right to it!

We are what we say, show, do and feel. How we stand, the tone in our voice, our levels of energy , all represent how we show up in the world. These might seem like small things, but all of these things add up to make us.

Your Feet And Toes Tell Your Heritage

Your Feet And Toes Tell Your Heritage:

This is a fun graph I found in an article that was written based on studies by various medical centers interested in human history.I am keeping it short and to the point. It’s fun when you find out your roots, research your heritage.

So far it is pretty accurate for people I know who know their heritage. The picture is comparing 5 different types’ feet. They are labelled according to the nature of the length of the second toe compared to the big toe. It pretty much speaks for it’s self, below are brief descriptions (in case you already didn't know).

1-Egyptian – From Egypt

2-Roman- From the Roman Empire

3-Greek – From Greece

4-Germanic- Which means German

5-Celtic - Such as living in the British Isles
